The Type R STi Version V Coupe was built in tiny numbers in late 1998 — the same era and chassis family as the legendary 22B — and the 2-door coupe body is far rarer than the sedan that most enthusiasts know. Powered by the JDM-only EJ207 with twin-scroll turbocharging, semi-closed-deck block and forged internals, it produced 280 bhp from the factory and remains one of the most sought-after homologation specials of its generation. This example is finished in iconic Pure White (code 51E) and retains its full original Type R documentation. Specification is stock from the factory aside from an induction kit and exhaust system.
